The Manningtree & District Community Bus is a local charity, entirely run by volunteers.
If you have any spare time, no matter how little and enjoy driving then why not volunteer to drive or be a passenger assistant on our trips? We provide low cost door-to-door transport to help local people get out and about and meet others, providing a lifeline for many folk who may otherwise be quite isolated & confined to their homes. Amongst others, there are shopping trips and fortnightly lunch outings.
Available in: Tendring
Volunteers must hold a clean driving licence with a D1 and (if a driver) pass a simple assessment. If over the age of 70 you must complete a medical.
