• Certificate of competence in adult venepuncture.
• Wide-ranging phlebotomy experience and knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Strong communication skills and ability to reassure patients.
• IT literacy for accurate record-keeping.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient phlebotomy service for adults in the community.
• Perform venepuncture safely and effectively, working independently.
• Support patients with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with District Nurses, GPs, and clinical teams.
• Act as a role model and help train new staff.
