We are looking for a proactive, resilient, and highly organised Community Development Manager to support the Parcel + Post Leadership Conference. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in senior‑level outreach, relationship building, and strategic engagement with decision‑makers. You will be comfortable working independently, confident engaging C‑level stakeholders, and motivated by securing attendance from senior leaders across the postal, parcel, logistics, and eCommerce sectors.
As Community Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing senior and C‑level attendees for the Parcel + Post Leadership Conference. Your primary focus will be building relationships with decision‑makers from postal operators, parcel carriers, last‑mile delivery companies, and major eCommerce and logistics organisations.
You will be provided with a target account list of approximately 1,200 organisations, but will also be expected to expand this through proactive research and outreach. This is a hands‑on, strategic role requiring persistence, creativity, and strong communication skills.
You will work closely with the internal marketing team and liaise daily with the Show Managing Director to align outreach efforts and maximise engagement.
You are a confident, self‑motivated communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders and building relationships in a B2B environment. You are comfortable picking up the phone, adapting your approach, and managing your own pipeline from end to end.
