Now we’re levelling up - fresh look, new content, bigger ideas - and we need an Editor ready to shape our next chapter. This position will play a pivotal role in the company and also contribute to annual /quarterly planning, business strategy and the commercial outcomes.

What you’ll bring
  • 3–5 years journalism/editorial experience (local/community is a win)
  • Strong writing, editing, interviewing and story-spotting skills
  • Comfort with both print & digital (CMS, social, SEO basics)
  • Local knowledge of Sussex/Surrey
  • Ability to run your own deadlines, think ahead, and stay calm under pressure
  • A people person who loves community stories and isn’t shy at events
  • Commercial awareness (editorial that supports advertisers while keeping integrity)
