A community service organization in Sandwell is seeking a passionate Community Engagement Navigator to coordinate peer support and promote inclusion within diverse communities. The successful candidate will build strong community relationships, facilitate outreach events, and provide essential navigation support to disabled individuals and their families. Applicants should possess experience in community engagement and demonstrate strong communication skills. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in people's lives in Sandwell.
Salary: £25,878 - £27,148 per annum FTE - Depending on Skills and experience
Hours: 37 hours per week
