What You’ll Do:
  • Raise Radfield Home Care’s profile across the community and online.
  • Plan and run engaging events, campaigns, and PR initiatives.
  • Build strong connections with local health teams, GP practices, and community partners.
  • Turn opportunities into meaningful partnerships that support our clients and care professionals.
  • Create content for newsletters, blogs, and social media to showcase our work.
  • Track and measure the success of all initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Passion for care and knowledge of the home care sector.
  • People-person with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience using social media for business promotion.
  • Full driving licence and access to a car.
