We cover both external and internal communications in the markets in which Workday operates, enjoying working with different cultures and driving global business impact through compelling content that inspires and educates our audiences while instilling trust in Workday.**About the Role****Workday is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable **Communications Specialist** to join our growing EMEA Communications team. This is a unique, integrated role designed for a proactive storyteller with 1–2 years of experience who is ready to operate at the heart of a global technology leader.****You will act as a central engine for our **pan-EMEA campaigns**, creating high-impact content toolkits that bridge internal, external, and executive communications. This is a dual-focus role: while 50% of your time will be dedicated to driving integrated EMEA-wide initiatives and ensuring **global alignment**, the remaining **50% will be focused on the strategic launch and growth of the META (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa) region.******The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a ‘global mindset,’ and can translate complex business goals into creative content that inspires. You will work closely with the Pan-EMEA Comks Senior Manager and report directly to the **Head of Corporate Communications, EMEA.****### ****Key Responsibilities***** ****Integrated Campaign Development:** Support the creation and execution of pan-EMEA integrated campaigns. Develop comprehensive "toolkits" (press materials, internal talking points, social assets etc.) that can be localised by regional teams.*** ****META Region Launch (50% Focus):** Act as a key project coordinator for the launch of the META region.
