Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or financial services role, brokerage experience desirable.
• Exposure to motor and SME insurance products advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the commercial strategy through day-to-day operations.
• Prepare and maintain reports and documentation for stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new distribution partners and capacity providers.
• Act as point of contact for insurers and partners.
• Gather and analyse market data and pricing trends.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies.
• Support budget preparation and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with colleagues on commercial initiatives.
