We champion the personal approach to customer service that NFU Mutual are famous for. **About the role:** We are seeking a people orientated Commercial Account Executive to join our growing team in the Hay and Knighton Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers and delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of our new and existing commercial customers. **Key Responsibilities** • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy changes and renewals. • Conduct regular account reviews and site visits to ensure customer needs are identified and appropriate advice and recommendations are made. • Prospect and develop new opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts. • Identify client needs and present appropriate insurance products, risk management solutions and financial services. • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and market developments relevant to agricultural and commercial insurance. • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare reports on account activity and pipeline forecasts. • Collaborate with internal teams including claims, underwriting, and customer service to ensure seamless client support. **About you:** • Ability to build long-term relationships with business owners. • Have an ethical approach to advice and recommendations. • Experience working within the Insurance industry desirable. • Understanding of insurance products relevant to farming and commercial businesses. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software • Full UK driving license.## What We Offer• Competitive salary and benefits package, retirement plans, and paid time off. • Opportunities for professional and career development • Extended sickness cover. • A collaborative and supportive work culture that values diversity and inclusion.
