The focus of this role will be to lead the facilitation, administration and ongoing content development of the Aboriginal Beginning Practice training, which will see 80 plus Aboriginal Children in Aboriginal Care (ACAC) staff from Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs) across Victoria.
This role will supervise a small team of learning and development professionals including a facilitator and a content developer/instructional designer and will supported by VACCA’s External Training & Relationships Team.
