Pay Rate Guide: £16 - £18 p/hr, with overtime rate

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller, Setter Operator to join this established precision sub-contracting engineering company. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts.

Main Duties:

  • Configure and run CNC milling machines based on specifications
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Perform quality checks on finished products
  • Work collaboratively with the team to enhance production efficiency

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CNC Miller, Setter Operator
  • Any programming experience beneficial
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • High attention to detail and precision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team

Working Hours:

  • 39 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Additional Information:

  • Overtime opportunities available, paid at time and a half - Excellent earning potential
