Cluster Sales Manager – Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin, Newcastle

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Cluster Sales Manager to lead the sales and marketing strategy for Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin in Newcastle. The successful candidate will report to the General Managers and the Regional Director of Sales and will be responsible for maximizing revenue across both properties while driving growth and cross‑selling opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Hotels Sales and Marketing plan.
  • Manage the inquiry process and ensure effective training and communication across the two hotels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and corporate clients.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities and cross‑sell between the properties.
  • Prioritise and manage tasks to completion, maintaining high efficiency.
  • Present to senior decision makers and confidently represent both brands.
Qualifications
  • Self‑starter with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of the hotel industry and its sales processes.
