Job summary

A leading NHS Trust in the UK is seeking a Clinical Vascular Scientist (Band 7) to join a dynamic team at The Royal London Hospital & St Bartholomew’s Hospital. This part-time role requires strong teamwork and a passion for patient care. The position offers tailored training, non-clinical time for development, and the chance to contribute to multidisciplinary teams. The salary ranges from £56,276 to £63,176 annually, pro rata, with a 15% recruitment retention premium on top.

Qualifications

  • Accreditation with SVT/CSVS is preferred.
  • Registration with HCPC is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Transcranial Doppler imaging for sickle cell screening.
  • Conduct renal artery and transplant kidney scanning.
  • Assess vascular access for dialysis.
  • Perform diabetic foot workups and vascular assessments.
  • Conduct standard carotid and peripheral arterial scanning.
