We are recruiting for sevenClinical Trust Fellow ST3+ in Critical Carewho share our ambition and vision to deliver theBest of Care by the Best People and have the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.
Successful candidates will work in our 24-bedded Critical Care department made up of 2 different areas - ICU and HDU, providing 24 hour care to level 2 and 3 patients. These will be a combination of medical and surgical critically ill patients.
They will be part of the Critical Care team. They will look after the patients within Critical Care, become proficient in placing invasive lines and review referrals from ED, theatres and the wards. They will be treated just like the training doctors, will have an educational supervisor, have an e-portfolio and attend/contribute to weekly teaching.

The post will include providing critical care services across the Critical Care areas, leading the critical care junior doctor and ACCP team. This will include a full shift pattern. The average total number of hours each week will be 48 hours.
