Eastern Palliative Care Ltd (EPC) is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers specialist home-based palliative care to clients and their families living within the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne.

To be successful, you MUST have the following:

  • Proven experienced palliative care leader with current contemporary clinical skills
  • Min. of 5 years recent experience in palliative care
  • Excellent communication, creative and innovative with problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Focused on building a high performing team
  • Experience in delivering care via telehealth, including ability to support staff with adoption of technology
  • Ability to champion change management
  • Competency with common computer applications
  • Current VIC Driver’s license
  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1
  • Passion for holistic person-centred nursing care

The following would be desirable:

  • Post graduate qualifications in palliative care or working towards
  • Experienced in developing and directing and delivering new projects.
  • Energised by opportunities to introduce new processes and innovation.
  • Demonstrated interest in palliative care in aged care
