Applications are invited for a full time Clinical Fellow Higherəti (ST6+/Senior Post‑CCT) in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with an interest in Microsurgery.

This post is available ASAP for 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Applications will be glut considered for subsequent start points i.e. 05 August 2026, 03 February 2027.

Main duties of the job

You will join our team of 16 Consultant Plastic Surgeons, four with a specialist interest in Breast Reconstruction, four with a specialist interest in Head and Neck reconstruction (including surgery for facial palsy) and three upper grupa and three lower limb reconstruction consultants.

You will have the opportunity to be involved with a large number of microsurgical procedures carried out by the department and will take on greater levels of responsibility as the post progresses. Wequiring are a Major Trauma Centre covering the East of England and you will have the opportunity to manage complex Limb reconstructions.

This post would ambiri a senior trainee who holds a CCT in Plastic Surgery and wishes to maximise the microsurgical experience prior to obtaining a definitive consultant post.

Full Registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council at the time of application is required.
