Band 7 - £53,751 - £60,651 Inclusive of hcas pa pro rata
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated nurse to lead clinical education and practice development within our Community Nursing Service. This key role will support workforce growth, enhance patient safety, and uphold high standards of care across diverse settings, including patients’ homes, care homes, and virtual wards. You’ll provide expert guidance, coordinate competency frameworks, and deliver targeted learning to ensure excellence in out‑of‑hospital care. Join us and help shape the future of community nursing.
There are Full‑time & Part‑time roles available (Min 15 hrs per week) - please state in your application what you can commit to. Please note this will predominantly be working Monday‑Friday, but as required, will require weekend, twilight and night shift working - this will be discussed at the interview.

Salary is determined by NHS experience and current banding/pay point. External applicants will begin at the entry point of the salary scale in line with NHS terms and conditions.
