Job Overview

The Clinical Applications Specialist p artner with sales staff as requested to support sales staff through full sales cycle . Provides technical product knowledge and support to both customers and other field staff . Supports establishment and maintenance of relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations and cultivate relationship with Key opinion leaders (KOL) . Participates in developing and presenting to conventions, forums, and meetings for the purpose of product awareness. Shares product information/data analysis to clinical research groups . Plans, develops, and implements technical product training programs for customers, and/or employees, and field support teams . Requires education in a health-related field and clinical experience. May have degree in healthcare specialty.

Overview of Experience

Completes complex sales. Utilizes knowledge of product/service and industry to evaluate and recommend best solutions for clients. Typically has established base of accounts and stable revenue responsibility.

Degree of Autonomy

Sales completed with little to no supervision. Maintains an established network of contacts. Demonstrates strong ability to identify and cultivate sales from new and/or existing clients.
