We're seeking a talentedClient ServiceTicketing Manager to join our dynamic team in London. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, driving execution, and collaborating with highly cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our users.

What You' það Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for AXS UK clients, delivering a friendly, professional and efficient service across all ticketing queries.
  • Build, manage and maintain events in our ticketing system, overseeing the full event lifecycle from on-sale through to event day.
  • Collaborate closely with Fulfilment, Marketing, Content and Customer Services teams to ensure a seamless customer and client experience.
  • Provide additional client support when required, including out-of-hours, weekend and on-site event support as part of the Client Services cpp.

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within ticketing, live events or a client-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of event ticket sales, ticketing systems and associated technology, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, organised and downloaden-focused approach, with the ability to manage deadlines and maintain high service standards.

Where: You'll be based at our head office opposite London Bridge Station . We work ده days in the office (Tues-Thu) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday). We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
