Client Services Officer – Private Banking – Greek Speaker

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Client Relationship Officers (CROs) with banking and client‑related administration such as transfers, payments, foreign exchange, monitoring and fixing of bank deposits, and processing of purchases and securities sales.
- Interact with clients, follow up on pending issues and, if necessary, escalates to the CRO.
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships with Operations, Compliance and offshore entities to complete annual reviews and onboarding documents.
- Where authorised, promote, recommend and arrange banking and investment products and services.
- Prepare documental support on behalf of the CRO to ensure timely completion of periodic reviews and onboarding submissions.
- Complete and process credit applications and reviews, managing new loans from approval through to drawdown.
- Perform research work upon the CRO’s request.
- Act as contact person for the team with other bank departments for troubleshooting and requests.
- Comply with the Code of Conduct and all internal regulations (Cross Border, AML, Clear Desk Policy, Absence Management).
Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role within private banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of private banking processes, financial products and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS).
- Proficient in standard IT systems; quick learner of new software.
- IAD Level 4 required.
- Greek language mandatory.
