About the Role

As a Client Onboarding Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of the compliance function, helping to process new business, conduct due diligence, and maintain robust systems and controls to manage AML (Anti-Money

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Validating client instructions and setting up new client and matter files.
  • Conducting client due diligence (CDD) checks and ensuring records are up to date.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external parties to gather and verify information.
  • Supporting the maintenance of AML policies, controls, and procedures.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports for the board on AML matters.
  • Maintaining logs and records relating to high-risk clients, suspicious activity, and investigations.
  • Escalating potential breaches and supporting ongoing monitoring processes.
  • Taking on additional administrative and compliance tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ideally educated to degree level, though relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Previous experience in a professional services or law firm environment (advantageous but not essential).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in learning new IT systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and discreet approach.
  • A process-driven, analytical mindset and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • 22 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service).
  • Pension scheme and life assurance (3 x annual salary).
  • Access to flexible benefits.
  • Opportunities to develop your skills and experience within a collaborative team.
  • A supportive, professional, and inclusive working environment.

If you’re reliable, analytical, and motivated to make an impact in compliance and client onboarding, we’d love to hear from you.
