Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or retail.
  • Track record of driving revenue and profitability.
  • Experience launching new products/services.
  • Willing to travel across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Drive upselling efforts to achieve KPIs.
  • Identify and evaluate new sales opportunities.
  • Plan and organise innovation events for customers.
  • Lead quarterly innovation and improvement sessions.
  • Develop and maintain Account Development Plans.
  • Monitor and report on upselling performance.
