Delivery Lead for the programme, working with the client to manage the data platform programme, as well as holding the client relationship and managing the Apexon Delivery Teams.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Delivery Partner to lead strategic client relationships in the Energy & Utilities sector. This hybrid role integrates commercial acumen, account management expertise, and technical delivery oversight. The Engagement Partner will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by managing the portfolio of ongoing projects, addressing escalations, and collaborating with internal teams to scope, price, and deliver new initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation to work with business stakeholders and technical experts, shaping solutions that align with our clients’ goals.
