A leading financial services firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Client Account Manager to oversee client cases from initial enquiry to completion. This par-time role (24 hours per week) involves building relationships, managing documentation, and ensuring clients receive clear and timely communication throughout their mortgage and insurance journey. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail and great communication skills while working in a progressive environment where your contribution truly matters.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple cases at once and being the key point of contact for clients throughout their mortgage and insurance journey. You will play a central role in supporting advisers, liaising with lenders and providers, and ensuring our clients receive clear communication and exceptional service at every stage.
As 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, you will manage client cases from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant and submitted in a timely manner. You will regularly update clients, chase third parties where required, and work closely with advisers to keep cases moving efficiently. Attention to detail, strong communication skills and a calm, organised approach are essential.
