A leading commercial cleaning company is looking for a Team Leader to oversee the afternoon team in Watford. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, ensuring service quality while supporting frontline staff. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, conducting site visits, and liaising with clients. This is a permanent role with a salary range of £30-32k per annum, with a commitment to inclusivity and ongoing professional development.
