Qualifications

Cleaner – Kingskerswell Library
  • Location: Kingskerswell Library,Newton Abbot TQ12 5EH
  • Salary:£25,396.80 pro-rata (Based on a 40 hour FTE) and equates to £12.21 per hour
  • Hours Per Week:4
  • Shift Pattern:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 1 hour per day

South West Norse delivers facilities management and cleaning services to a growing number of schools and premises across the region. We currently have an opportunity for a Cleaner to work on-site at Kingskerswell Library.

You will be part of an on-site service delivery team providing routine and ad-hoc cleaning services to all areas of the site. Ensuring hygiene levels are maintained is an important part of site safety across all communal areas.

We will provide you with equipment, products and training so you can deliver the cleaning service to contractual standards and will encourage you to build good working relationships with our clients to ensure a high overall standard of customer service.

Your Experience:

If you have previously worked within a commercial cleaning environment then this would be an advantage, however we are happy to offer full training in the role if you can demonstrate:

  • Ability to work to defined standards in a quality driven environment
  • Good communication skills, capable of building relationships with colleagues, clients and members of the public
  • Comfortable working independently to your own initiative as well as being part of a team
  • Good attention to detail, able to deliver a high level of customer service
