Salary/Rate: £12.21 per hour

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Facilities Management Cleaning Teams, which are based on housing sites across Liverpool.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities, and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact, and customer care.

This role will be based on two extra care facilities for the elderly. Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents.

You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. If you take pride in your work and have a passion for creating clean, safe spaces, we encourage you to apply.

This position will require you clean one site, then make a short, walkable journey to the next site.

  • Monday to Wednesday – 9am to 2.30pm
  • Thursday – 9am to 1.30pm
  • Friday – 9am to 12.30pm

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass, etc., as per the required contract specification.
  • Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
  • Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
  • Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
  • Cleaning windows within easy reach.
Key requirements
  • Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
  • Experience using cleaning machinery.
  • Strong communication skills to speak with the residents.
