Job Title: Cleaner

Location: Runcorn, WA7 2UY

Salary/Rate: £12.21 per hour

Overview

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Cleaning Team, who are based at an extra care housing site in Runcorn.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities, and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact, and customer care.

Hours
  • 9am to 12pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.
  • 9am to 11am on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass, etc., as per the required contract specification.
  • Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
  • Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
  • Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
  • Cleaning windows within easy reach.
Key requirements
  • Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
  • Experience using cleaning machinery.
  • Strong communication skills to speak with the residents.
