What We Are Looking For

  • Occasionally carry out deep or specialist cleans.
What You’ll Do
  • Deliver high‑quality, client‑focused cleaning services across multiple sites.
  • Follow daily and periodic cleaning schedules tailored to each location (dusting, wiping, and sanitising hard surfaces such as desks, tables, etc. and other high‑touch areas).
  • Safely handle and store cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with COSHH and health & safety regulations.
  • Occasionally perform deep cleans or specialised responsive cleaning tasks.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
  • A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different environments.
  • Basic understanding of health & safety practices (COSHH knowledge a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Initiative to solve routine issues and adopt safe working practices.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a professional cleaning services environment is beneficial but not required.
  • Willingness to work towards a Health and Safety Level 2 qualification and understand COSHH and cross contamination principles.
  • An enhanced DBS check may be required for this role due to client requirements.
Working Arrangements
  • Permanent.
  • Part‑time – role available from 3 hours per week to 10 hours per week, depending on site and contract. Morning shifts – Monday to Friday.
  • Location: Designated sites in Barking, Dagenham and Newham.
