Overview

We are looking to recruit a Class 2 driver on behalf of a well established recycling company. The role involves driving a 12 Tonne vehicle and collecting tyres. There are no set qualifications for this role; however previous experience in collection & recycling yard work is desirable. It would also be beneficial to be physically fit with knowledge of health & safety as this role involves the collection of used tyres.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 12 Tonne vehicle within a 1.5 hour driving radius maximum (e.g., Milton Keynes, Luton, Rugby, Bedford).
• Ensure full compliance with Tachograph legislation.
• Conduct tyre collection duties in a safe and compliant manner.
• Represent the company with a positive and helpful attitude and good communication skills.
• Work Mon – Fri, starting at 7am and finishing at 5pm; Temp to Perm basis.
• Provide a full CV as part of the application.
