• Must have a current and valid Class 2 Driver's Licence and CPC Driver's Card.
• Knowledge of local driving legislation and Highway Code essential.
• Experience in manual handling is beneficial, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive lorries up to 26 tonnes, delivering stock to customers.
• Support loading/unloading stock with Driver’s Mates and Warehouse team.
• Build strong relationships with customers and departments.
• Ensure on-time deliveries using local knowledge.
• Prioritize health and safety in all operations.

Job Title: Class 2 Driver

Location: Farnborough

Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: 48 hours per week. Works Monday to Friday, flexible 5/7 days.

About the role

Reporting to the Transport Manager, the Class 2 Driver will play a key part in our success journey, delivering stock to customers, supporting warehouse teams and building strong working relationships across departments.

Role Responsibilities

• Drive lorries up to 26 tonnes, delivering stock to customers.
• Support Driver’s Mates and Warehouse team in loading/unloading stock.
• Build brilliant working relationships with customers and other departments.
• Use knowledge of the local region to safely deliver on time.
• Keep health and safety at the forefront of all processes.

Experience and Key Attributes

• Current and valid Class 2 Driver’s Licence and CPC Driver’s Card.
• Up to date knowledge of the Highway Code and driving (health and safety) legislation.
• Knowledge of local region.
• Customer service skills.
• Manual handling experience and/or training desirable; full training will be provided during induction.
