Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Cladding Contracts Manager, located in Chester. The role includes overseeing contracts related to roofing and cladding projects, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. The Contracts Manager will liaise with clients, coordinate with contractors, manage project budgets and schedules, and ensure health and safety protocols are followed. This is an opportunity to lead and influence high‑quality outcomes across key projects.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Contract Management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Experience in Cladding and Roofing systems and a solid understanding of construction techniques
• Proficiency in Project Management, including budget and time management, planning, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and compliance within construction projects
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
