Job Description:
Barker Ross is seeking dedicated Re-Work Operatives/Packers to join our team and work for our client based in Desborough. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and who are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Monday to Friday

06:00am - 14:00pm

OR

14:00pm - 22:00pm

Pay:£12.21
Overtime rate: £18.32 per hour (after 37.5 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Re-packing Chocolates: Carefully re-pack chocolates to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for distribution.
• Working on the Production Line: Assist in various stages of the production process, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
• Stacking Pallets: Efficiently stack pallets to ensure safe and organized storage of products.
• Labelling Boxes: Accurately label boxes with the correct product information, including batch numbers and expiration dates.
• Safety Awareness: Be mindful of running machinery and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in operation to ensure a safe working environment.
