What you’ll do

We are seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant with experience working with children to support a young client who lives at home with their mum and dad. The client has epilepsy and experiences seizures, so experience in managing these conditions is desirable. This role requires patience, understanding and excellent communication skills to provide high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive family environment.

You don’t need complex care experience to apply for this role as this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and become part of a team that makes a real difference. You’ll receive full training and ongoing clinical support to develop in key areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care - and much more.
