Job summary

A care organization in the UK is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a dedicated team providing outstanding care for children. This role emphasizes building meaningful relationships and ensuring every child has opportunities to thrive. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, ideally hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, and possess excellent communication abilities. You will manage recruitment, oversee team training, and work with various professionals to create tailored care plans, all while emphasizing the safety and wellbeing of the children.
