Chef – Defence Catering

Unit Name: TESC Beckingham

Sector: ESS, DMA

Hours: 37.5 per week, 5 out of 7 days

Pay: £31,750 per annum

We’re currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to join our team at TESC Beckingham, supporting the ESS, DMA sector in delivering exceptional food experiences for Defence on a full-time basis. In this role, you’ll prepare and serve food that brightens our clients’ and customers’ days, all while working for the UK’s market-leading food service company. You’ll have every opportunity to develop your career with an organisation that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and recognises those who go beyond the plate.

Shift Pattern: Variable shifts, working 5 out of 7 days, earliest start 5.30am and latest finish 7.30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers
• Overseeing and implementing menu changes
• Identifying opportunities to enhance our food services

• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
• Monitoring stock levels to ensure kitchens remain well-supplied
