  • Assist in any extra functions.
  • Provide consistently high standards for functions and dining areas.
  • Manage Client Dining, hospitality, and conference food offers.
  • Assist in training junior staff.
  • Ensure smooth running of daily operations.
  • Conduct hygiene and personal hygiene checks.
  • Maintain food standards.
  • Adhere to Health, Hygiene, and Safety requirements.
Job description
  • Hours Per Week: 30 hours per week subject to requirements of the business

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist in any extra functions.
  • To provide to a consistently high standard for functions and different dining areas.
  • To manage the Client Dining, hospitality and conference food offers when requested by senior chefs
