A family-run hotel group in Glencoe is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join their team. We're a close-knit, friendly team based within the beautiful Scottish Highlands. We're looking for someone dedicated, hard-working and eager to develop their skills. This position will be offered on a flexible contract on an hourly rate of pay, with hours available depending on individual and business needs (40+ hours per week can be expected during busy times).
As Chef de Partie, you’ll help motivate our Commis Chefs to prepare food for up to 120 people on busy days, as well as functions for up to 120. You’ll have an eye for quality, consistency and for portion control. You’ll build good relationships with the front of house team to make sure our guests get exactly what they want, quickly.
A qualification in professional cookery would be great, and relevant industry experience is essential. You’ll be flexible as hours of work are variable to meet the needs of the business.
