A leading catering company in Dollar, Scotland is looking for a Chef De Partie to provide high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen. The role involves creating seasonal menus, adhering to food hygiene regulations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have relevant kitchen experience and excellent communication skills. A private co-educational day and boarding school in Dollar, Scotland. Catering for 550 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of lunch, breaks and supper. This is a 52 weeks a year and operates 7 days a week. There is a some ad hoc hospitality through the year. Additional benefit to this location is free parking on site.
We are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Dollar Academy.
You will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.
