A renowned independent hotel in Bedford is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their talented kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh, local foods for a 2 AA rosette restaurant and play a key role in menu development. This full-time role will require working 45 hours per week on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends. The hotel offers various staff benefits, including meals on duty and discounted memberships.

As Chef de Partie you will remain up to date with the latest cooking and presentation techniques, to prepare fresh local foods for guests visiting our 2 AA rosette restaurant; ‘Squires’. You will work creatively as part of a team, inspiring fresh ideas and playing a key role in devising menus. You must have experience of working under pressure in a busy, high-end restaurant and be accomplished at preparing and presenting dishes using fresh local, high-quality ingredients.
This is a full-time position (45 hours per week). You will be working on rota basis, 5 days out of 7. You must be available to work evenings and weekends.
