The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience within change management and familiarity with ITSM tools, ideally ServiceNow. Note: This is a hybrid role based in our Leeds, England office, with on-site work required around 1–2 times per week. Candidates must be within a reasonable distance and able to commute comfortably as needed.
Reporting to the Head of Service Transition & Change Management the Xalient Change Management Analyst will be responsible forth smooth transition of the day-to-day activities of Change Management. Actively engaging with stakeholders across the business and external customers, collating feedback whilst helping to imbed business change activities. A large part of this role will be coordination, tracking and communications throughout the Change lifecycle, delivering a consistent and structured approach to process changes and digital implementation.
