A leading childcare organization is seeking a dedicated Centre Manager for their Fermanagh Early Years Children and Family Centre in Enniskillen. This role involves day-to-day management of the centre, promoting high-quality services, and ensuring compliance with childcare regulations. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and at least two years of experience managing a daycare facility. A rewarding package is offered, including 36 days of annual leave and a contributory pension scheme.
Location: Fermanagh Early Years Children and Family Centre - Enniskillen
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, variable working pattern

As Centre Manager you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of Fermanagh Early Years Children and Family Centre (FEYC) as a centre of excellence which delivers high quality care, learning and development for children aged 0 – 12.
The post holder will ensure that there is a continued focus on the implementation of quality improvements in the Centre. The Centre Manager is a Fit Person as certified by the Health and Social Care Trust.
You will promote and develop high‑quality, evidence‑informed early childhood services for young children, their families and communities that instil the vision and values of the Early Years Organisation.
