Job summary

A leading property management firm in the East Midlands is seeking a Business Support Co-ordinator to handle accounts payable, utilities management, and assist in preparing monthly service charge reports. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, possess an AAT qualification or equivalent, and demonstrate strong Excel and interpersonal skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
  • Competent technical and systems skills.
  • Experience in Property Management and Retail is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Accounts Payable function ensuring timely processing of purchase orders.
  • Manage utilities and reconcile supplier accounts.
  • Assist in monthly service charge reporting and budget preparation.
  • Collation of training records across the centre.
