Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 per annum

About the role

As the Celling Track Installerfor Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd you will design and implement a solution that will meet the needs of a service user by offering access from a bed to chair, bed to bathroom or multiple rooms to enable independence.

Surveying and installing straight rail systems or a complete X-Y solution for the best outcome for a service user and provide ongoing servicing and maintenance of CTH’s.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Installation of ceiling track hoists according to specified requirements and working within company guidelines and regulations.
  • Service and Repair of ceiling track hoists.
  • Undertake regular manufacturer training
  • Ensuring all work is completed in a clean and tidy manner.
  • Effective communication with the rest of the team and with customers.
  • Participation in the out of hours repairs rota.
  • Maintaining the company vehicle and van stock in good order and keeping all work records up to date.
  • Required to operate in a responsible manner, working with care and respect

Qualifications and experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a public, healthcare, or service-based role
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • PAT/LOLER trained
  • Electrical, Engineering, or Construction/Surveying qualification
