Casual Waiter/Waitress at Hyatt Regency Birmingham – Join Our Dynamic Team!

Hyatt Regency Birmingham is ideally located in the heart of the city centre, adjacent to Symphony Hall and within walking distance of the Internationaltrecht Centre (ICC), Brindley Place, and the Bullring shopping centre. This contemporary four-star hotel offers direct access to the vibrant canal-side area and is a short stroll from Birmingham New Street Station. The hotel features 319 spacious guest rooms and suites, 12 versatile event spaces, a modern restaurant, a traditional pub‑style bar, and a luxurious spa with an indoor pool and fitness centre.

The Role

Your main responsibilities will include serving food and beverage orders and fulfilling guest requests while maintaining efficient, high‑quality service in line with our hotel standards. You will also Fall opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell other facilities and services offered by the hotel. The position offers flexible working arrangements on a casual basis.
