Casual Housekeeping Assistant

Rate of Pay: Up to £12.21 dependent on age.

Contract Type: Casual

Hours of Work: 7:30 am‑3:30 pm & 9:30 am–2:30 pm including weekend shifts

About The Role

Working as part of the Housekeeping team you will ensure a high standard of room and public area cleanliness, exceeding guest expectations.

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard within the time scale.
• Handle people's belongings carefully and record lost property.
• Follow the security protocols and key procedures at all times.
• Report maintenance issues.

About You

• Excellent customer service skills and enjoyment of working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Committed to working as a team.
