You will have

  • Certificate III Ageing, Certificate IV Nursing, Ageing/Aged Care or Disability (Registered or Enrolled Nurse highly desirable).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Sound knowledge and experience working with people who are ageing from an enablement, restorative and wellbeing perspective.
  • Understanding of multidisciplinary teamwork and the ability to multi-task.
  • Proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop goal orientated care plans.
  • Computer and technology skills to enable use of contemporary systems.
  • Skilled to engage and motivate consumers, families, staff and stakeholders.
