We are recruiting for a Care Assistant based in the following areas:L36, L26 and L28

Responsibilities
  • Assisting our valued service users in their own homes around the community
  • Providing personal care in a way which promotes independence and maintains dignity
  • Support with food preparation and hydration
  • Assisting with medication (prompting and ensuring correct medications are taken are the correct times)
  • Companionship - being there to provide a listening ear when needed
  • Ensuring the needs of our service users are met according to their care plans
