Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
  • Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Support with nutrition and hydration, inc. meal planning and preparation
  • Support with medication and prescriptions
  • Carry out light housework inc. tidying, laundry and general cleaning
  • Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all our customers
  • Paid travel time (£12.22/hr) + paid mileage
  • A variety of shift patterns, inc. day and/or evening work
  • Health and wellbeing programme (£1,000+/yr )
  • Full expert training, support and career growth
  • Pension contribution, company events, Blue Light Card
  • Refer a friend and customer scheme

Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
  • Aged 18+
  • Right to Work in the UK (unfortunately we cannot accept sponsorship or visa transfer)
  • Weekend hours (every other weekend or one day every weekend)
