As a Care assistant your key responsibilities will include:

  • Experience is not essential! Full training and ongoing support is provided
  • The ability to engage, listen, and communicate effectively
  • Passion about your job, with a person-centred approach to care, encouraging confidence and self-motivation
  • Flexibility and adaptability - available to potentially cover sickness and work weekends
  • Resilient, calm and able to adhere to agreed process in challenging situations
  • Be able to travel to various locations
  • You must have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle in order to be considered for this role. If successful, you will be asked to obtain business insurance
  • Hourly rate of £14.00 - £21.00 p/h
